Changes in 5.0:

1) Protection Rune
	a) Small Damage from Splash
	b) Splash resets grapple if it is out
	c) Momentum added is less, but occurs in more cases

2) Cloaking Rune
	a) Still invisible under water
	b) Visible time is less

3) Living Armor Rune
	a) All armor is Red when touched
	b) No b), but I was taught if there is an a) there must be a b)

4) Grapple Overheat
	a) Overheats if shot too many times in a fixed amount of time.  Will be inoperative for
	   a short a second or two.
	b) Warning message before overheat to give you a chance to let it cool off.
