[1] Setup / Start Anargy

1. D:\quake3\quake3.exe +map waterz +set fs_game anargy
2. When you just installed anargy, open your console and enter 'exec anargy.cfg', this will setup 10 preconfigured classes.
3. Not needed: Set fraglimit 0 (disable) to disable some Q3A message that are still in.

g_gametype 5 is now automaticly selected (Anargy Domination)

[2] Gameplay Notes

Anargy will go into Anargy Tourney mode as soon as the loaded map has no team_anargy_zone entities. This means any DM map can be used with Anargy.

A zone is captured & gives points only 10 seconds after having it touched. The defending team
can claim the zone back instant in those 10 seconds. We play the regular CTF sounds for those actions:
- flag taken sound : zone attacked (attacker touches flag)
- flag returned sound : zone defended (defending team touches flag within 10 second)
- score sound: zone taken (defense inable to claim zone back)

'Timelimit' defines total matchtime, which consist out of 2 rounds.
1st round ends at 50% of defined match time.
2nd round ends when a team has more as half of the total points which you can get on that level within the defined matchtime.

No bot support available yet.

[3] Make Your Own Classes

This can be done using the in-game menu: ->ANARGY CLASSES

One word of warning: you will probably be disconnected from the server when editing classes during a game. This bug is also present when changing other values in the setup menu - it is not a Anargy specific bug as it can happen in regular Q3A aswell. We are looking for a solution.

[4] Add Music

Download coolbass.vqf from our site and convert it to wav using k-jofel player or winamp with vqf plugin. Place it in the quake3/anargy/music directory. This is not required however and will take up 76Mb of HD space :)

[5] Texturepack

Read the anargy_readme.txt in anargy/textures for details.
