Description : A warehouse built in a short canyon, based mostly
in the waste texture theme. In single player,
your objective is to infiltrate the warehouse,
locate the computer, and establish a communication
uplink to verify the location for an airstrike.
After the position is verified, you have about
1 minute 30 seconds to evacuate.

The only regret I have about the physical design
is that the current lifts I have in the level look
really out of place. I originally had mine style
lifts that looked really cool and fit in
perfectly, but due to clipping and r_speed issues,
they were replaced with these more friendly lifts.

Oh, and you know how people say that Q2 barfs on
large outdoor areas? They're right. The final
light compile had to be made with a -chop 88
because of errors from ArghRad. Boogers.
Misc author info	: I'm a student in mid-state North Carolina USA.
My interests include, but are not limited to,
level and game design, drawing 3d artwork, and
soccer. I've been making levels for almost 2
years now, although I've only released a few,
due to severe hard drive failures (read: computer
			  got struck by lightning).
Additional credits	: Id Software for Quake 2. Robert A. Duffy
			  for QERadiant.
Thank yous : God, Dogfish, Jackson Tufts, Dan Smith, Tim
"Argh!" Wright, and Geoffrey DeWan. Oh, and
not to forget David Hyde, RickNeff, Mad Dog,
and all the other l33t h4x0rs at RUST who
answered my sometimes insanely stupid and
obvious questions (you know who you are).

* Construction *

Base : New level based loosely on a real warehouse
Editor(s) used : QERadiant and Notepad
Build time : Way too long, probably about 2 months
Known bugs : In the first part of the level, in the area with the
explosion, if you try to duck and move forward, in
some places you can't. I don't know why.
Also, if you grenade + rocket jump onto the roof,
parts of the distant walls will disappear. However,
since it's impossible to get up there under normal
			  circumstances, this is hardly noteworthy.
If you find any other problems or issues, please
			  e-mail me (rpg_6sp@hotmail.com).

* HOW TO PLAY *

Place rpg2sp1.bsp in your X\quake2\baseq2\maps\ directory (X represents the
parent directory and/or drive letter). If you do not have one, make one.
Next, start Quake 2. Once in the game press tilde (~) to bring down the
console, then type this:

skill x
map rpg2sp1

Then press enter. It should load the map.
x = 0-3, 0 being easy, 1 being medium, 2 being hard, 3 being hard+

* WHERE TO GET THIS LEVEL *

You should be able to find it on ftp.cdrom.com and it's mirrors. Also,
check out 3dmr.gamedesign.net , and maybe some other review sites if
you want to see some reviews.

* FYI (FOR YOUR INFORMATION) *

If you are running a server with this map (or know of one that is),
please let me know. I'd be most grateful. I'd be even more grateful
if you let me know of any violations of the copyright and license
agreement below. Also, if you've uploaded any speed runs through my map,
I'd like to hear of those, too.

What sucks:

Best Buy's "Performance Service Plan" (which insures your computer
against power surges, among other things). It took three months for them
to replace the PII 233 that was hit by lightning.
