Release Notes for the L-Fire CTF Route Pak #1
---------------------------------------------

----------
Installing
----------

When you unzip the LFireMaps1.zip archive, you will have a pakfile named LFMaps1.pak. To enable you to play both EraserBot and Threewave CTF on the maps you should place this pakfile in your quake2\baseq2 directory and renamed to any available pakfile number.

For example, if you just have a pak0.pak in your quake2\baseq2 directory, then rename LFMaps1.pak to pak1.pak.

If you have a pak0.pak, pak1.pak, and pak2.pak in your quake2\baseq2 directory, then you can rename LFMaps1.pak to pak3.pak. It does not matter what number you give to LFMaps1.pak, as long as it is not the same as a pakfile you already have, and as long as it's pak#.pak, where # is from 0 through 9.

If you have no spare pak# slots in your quake2\baseq2 directory then you can enable Eraser play by copying LFMaps1.pak to your quake2\eraser directory and renaming it as above.

Place the route files (*.rtz) in your quake2\eraser\routes directory.

Set up the Eraser using the instructions included in the Eraser distribution or by using one of the many bot launchers available - BotJohnny is highly recommended...
