This program is declared as being shareware software.
You are free to use and distribute this program but it is not allowed
to sell this piece of software for profit or to change any part of it.

Version 1.10 incorporates the following modification compared to
version 1.00:

  - ThStat v1.10 will now run under OS/2 v1.1 and v1.2. ThStat v1.00
    worked only with OS/2 v1.2
  - When ThStat v1.10 is iconized it wont use CPU-time as
ThStat v1.00 did (without any useful result)

Purpose:

ThStat is a PM-utility which gives you the ability to observe the status of
threads (READY/BLOCKED/FROZEN). You can determine if ThStat should observe
all threads currently running or only the thread(s) belonging to an existing
process.

How to use:
When you start ThStat a small window (the size of the window cant be
changed) will appear at the bottom-left corner of the PM-screen. ThStat
will initially display status information about all threads currently
running in the system, initially updating the status information every
second.

You will see a menu bar including one menu name: OPTIONS. If you click on
it a drop-down menu with the following menu-items will appear:

 - Target...
Choosing this menu-item will result in a dialog-box which shows you a
list of all currently existing processes and in addition the
All Processes entry. Here you can choose which process to oberve.

 - Update...
Here you can specify the update-intervall which determines. The update
intervall must be in the range 150 - 65535 ms. The default value at
     startup-time is 1000 ms.

 - Exit
Choosing this menu-item will terminate the program. You can also
terminate the program too by choosing the menu-item Close in the
     control-menu-box.
