There are no BUGS in this software, so this is not a bug report, but a problem
report instead. I have been able to get EVERY SINGLE USER that has contacted me
up and running, so relax! If you have a problem, please know there is something
wrong in your installation, and it can be fixed.

Please use this form when reporting problems. Just paste it to your Email
message.

Please also attach a zipped file of SetEnv.txt, DreckBak.log, Integrty.log, any
other appropriate log files. Call this file YOURLASTNAME.ZIP

Please read the notes at the bottom of this form. Every single problem report
that I've received has delt with these issues.

All problem reports will be handled quickly. I monitor my E-mail Monday -
Saturday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time. This is a minimum. I try to check
late in the evening as well. I will make every effort to reply the same day.
Of course, Registered users are bumped to the front of the list.

Please describe the problem below.......

***************** End Marking Here **************************

NOTES: Almost all reported problems involved installations where the user typed
in information incorrectly. Keep in mind that things like "DRIVE LETTER ONLY
means "C" and not "C:"

When defining the TEMP directory, be sure that there will be enough space to
hold your data. You will need about 3/4 of the size of the largest amount of
DATA that you will back up. Not the largest partition, but the largest USED
space.

Info-Zip should be version 2.2. There have been reports of problems with
earlier versions. If you run DreckBak and it finishes in seconds, this almost
ALWAYS indicates a problem with ZIP.EXE. Either it is not found where it is
supposed to be, it's too old, or you changed an entry for ZIPOPT during the
installation.

When running the installer, if you get an error that a message cannot be found,
you need to be sure that "Classic" rexx is active. (Default for Warp4) If not,
type SWITCHRX.CMD, to check and change from Object to Classic. After the
install, you may switch back the same way if needed. Optionally, you can do a
manual install.

While the program will handle wierd directory names, it must not be the starting
directory. Running FreshBak to process "h:\test\test directory" will fail. The
workaround is to start at "h:\test" and use an exclude filter file to eliminate
the files in h:\test if needed.

There are no other known issues at this time.
