REXX IRC Client for OS/2 by Michael Burke

Requirements:

 - Rexx support.. :)
 - TCP/IP
 - RxSock. You can get this from hobbes.nmsu.edu at the following url:
   ftp://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/dev/rexx/rxsock.zip

Installation:

 - unzip the zip.
 - run ircsetup
 - run irc

- Note, I used REXX2EXE to make this into an exe, but it still requires REXX..
- Get REXX2EXE (by Dennis Bareis) from http://www.ozemail.com.au/~dbareis

I put in CTCP SOUND support.  And you get to customize YOUR OWN FORMATS!! :D
edit sound.cmd, follow examples.. those *play.cmd files are all for the
actual playing, take a look at them too.

-- Known Bugs --

 - You can't connect to an IP address yet :/ I hope to get rid of this
   limitation soon.
 - DCC getting is automatic.. this is not really a bug.

-- Planned --

 - DCC sending/chatting support. I can do this, I just haven't.
 - A new output parser. One that works better, has word wrap, and can check for
   bold/etc.
