area_start_active: active without an ON active in-pin
resistance: 0% - 100% (100% cannot move at all)
falloff_dist: distance at which scale falls to zero (0 for no falloff)
ground_factor: multiplier when target is on ground
air_factor: multiplier when target is in air

active: turns resistance ON/OFF
multiplier: applies an analog multiplier to scale (0%-100%)
