* Play Information *

Episode and Level #     : User Level
Single Player           : Only for reading the messages on the walls
                          in relative safety. No monsters.
DukeMatch Level         : Strap on the Nikes and look for the flashing
                          red lights. Only the big firepower is available
                          to turn your buds into giblets.
                          Has 8 start points and has been tested with
                          matches between 3 and 5 players. 
Difficulty Settings     : In DM, it's who you fight that determines this.

* Construction *

Base                    : New level from scratch
Editor used             : Build
Known Bugs              : In QWIKILL2, the lights in the center octagon of
                          the underground bunker are supposed to randomly
                          flicker after being shot out. This effect is
                          inconsistant in the four areas where it is applied.

* Comments *

I talk about QWIKILL as if it's just one map, and it is.
QWIKILL1 and QWIKILL2 are the same map with one minor difference;
QWIKILL1 is all above ground except for a short underwater passage
containing a few goodies. QWIKILL2 has a subterranean section which
is accessed by diving into the water. Depending upon the DM gameplay you
prefer, you can chose the map that suits your combat style.

The map has eight start points. It is probably the most fun with
3 to 5 players; more than that and you're dealing with excessive chaos.

There are 4 weapon types in this level: the RPG, Devastator, Pipebomb
and Trip Mine. Anything else feels like a Crosman pellet gun. No health
or armour is available. If you want a long life, than watch your back
and have an aim that's true cause there's no Medkits or Atomic Healths
to camp around.

There are some neat things to see in this level that you won't have
time to appreciate while fighting other guys. Take a walk alone and
check it out.

QWIKILL has no secrets. This level is quick to learn and is designed to
allow fresh reincarnates to arm up quickly and seek out vengence. It's
intended to be a fair playing field that promotes a high turnover.

* Permissions *

Anybody is free to distribute QWIKILL as long as they keep QWIKILL1.MAP,
QWIKILL2.MAP and QWIKILL.TXT together in one bundle. For commercial
distribution, all I ask is that you E-mail me and tell me what it's
going on to (so that I can grab a copy of it.)
